Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate go-getter who is interested in joining our growing team of Account Executives. In this position, you will work directly with existing clients and new prospects to better understand their individual needs and pitch how our services can help them meet and exceed their goals and expectations. As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact with clients through prospecting and creating sales opportunities. This position requires a minimum of two years sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  •  Make cold calls and actively reach out to prospects and referrals from existing clients.
  • Work closely with the inside sales team to plan and execute the promotion of products and services to customers.
  • Quote prices and availability for materials and proposals
  • Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
  • Inspect residential homes
  • Coordinate and communicate with the inside team to schedule appointments and new jobs
  • Represent the company in a professional and polished manner

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On the road

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Thursday
  • Friday/Weekend availability

Transportation is required.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

This is a 1099 contractor position. Candidate must acknowledge this.

Project Manager

Our company is seeking a Project Manager to help guide our team to success. A successful candidate will have a background in project management and will be required to manage multiple responsibilities at once and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a responsible individual who can manage multiple site projects at various locations and coordinate scheduling with the admin. The Project Manager will also be assisting on job sites, construction experience is required. 


Job Type: Full-time

Work location: On the road

Weekly day range:

  • Monday-Thursday
  • Availability some Fridays/Weekends

Transportation is required.

Minimum of two years construction and management experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation and ensure execution of job contract.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities.
  • Perform various construction tasks
  • Operate power tools and other machinery 
  • Assist the lead foreman and laborers on the job sites 
  • Evaluate project's progress and recommend corrective action on a timely basis.
  • Identify potential problems early in the project and recommend solutions.
  • Assist lead foreman in identifying and documenting project risks.
  • Provide status reports to management.
  • Coordinate communications between team members and outside organizations.
  • Update the project schedule as needed to meet the final deadline.
  • Resolve interpersonal conflicts among project staff, handle errors or delays and respond to crises
  • Understand, promote and enforce the safety requirements of all authorities having jurisdiction
  • Responsible for the financial management of the job and meeting the job's financial goals then reporting back to inside team.
  • Schedule new projects in coordination with inside team.
  • Manage day to day of a project including maintaining project schedule/budgets, subcontractor selection and management.
  • Interact with owners and project teams to provide updates/progress reports.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
